PART 1: PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION Edmon Elite Travel is a premium transport brand operated by Mei Hao Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201101015638 / MOTAC License: L/N/12630). We protect your data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

2. DATA WE COLLECT We collect your name and phone number via WhatsApp only to provide travel quotes for our Toyota Alphard fleet. We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE We only share information with our insurance provider, Tokio Marine Insurans (Malaysia) Berhad, strictly for passenger risk coverage (Policy: V7948440) as required by Malaysian law for commercial hire vehicles.

4. GOOGLE ADS & COOKIES We use Google Ads tracking to measure site performance. You can opt-out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

PART 2: TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE PROVIDER All transportation services are provided by authorized drivers and the licensed fleet of Mei Hao Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd. (MOTAC L/N/12630).

2. RATES & SURCHARGES

  • Quotes provided via WhatsApp are valid for 48 hours.
  • A midnight surcharge (50%) applies for pickups between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
  • Fares include fuel, driver service, and basic passenger insurance. Tolls and parking are typically excluded unless confirmed in the final quote.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover driver mobilization.

4. PASSENGER RULES & SAFETY

  • No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
  • Vehicle Damage: Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
  • Seatbelts: Must be worn at all times as per Malaysian Road Transport laws.
